Summer Update
New toys for da boys...
I just received the new contour HD Camera which is adaptable for helmets, Handlebars, seatposts, goggle strap or almost anything else you want to attach it to... I took a little ride around the downtown area and it absolutely blew my mind.

They have come down in price considerably. I can get them in at around $350 if anyone is interested.
Spin classes will be back and running this year because of the high demand right now... If anyone is interested and wants details give us a call at (613) 932-2750. If you're in the market for a new trainer we just put in an order and wow... they are way down in price so be patient - it will pay off when they arrive in September.
